My office is big enough for the season and we have all known the names of the gifts. Instead of purchasing “real” gifts, however, we buy each other toys that we believe would have agreed to our colleague when they have a child. Then donate all the toys to the Toy local.C is a great idea and is likely to be pleased. . . But I’m stuck on what to do. The person you chose is an irritable. Suggestions? I would say if the person is pretty quite and reserved do a puzzle, or a book, maybe even legos – those things would be stuff a loner closed up type person would wear.
Regardless – kudos to your office, great idea! I might steal the idea next year!

OMG that is such a wonderful idea and sweet!
Since it’s going to a good cause i wouldnt go chincy and get a puzzle or cards.

if she is a real detailed person you can get some art supplies or a craft kit.
Well, considering that the toy will actually be given to a child I wouldn’t go overboard with something cruel. For all we know that woman never had any kindness when she was a child and that’s why she is so hateful now. Just think of the child.
Try giving her something that is designed for a child to love because that’s probably what she needed most back then.
